Refund & Return Policy

At Ghagar, we strive to deliver high-quality copper products with care. If you face any issues with your order, our return and refund guidelines below will help you understand the process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return or replacement may be requested if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • A proper parcel opening video is provided (see section below)

Note: Minor variations in handcrafted copper items are natural and not considered defects.

2. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To process any return, replacement, or damage claim, customers must provide:

  • A clear, continuous parcel opening video

  • The video must show:

    • Full package condition before opening

    • Shipping label clearly visible

    • Unboxing the product without cuts or edits

    • The exact issue (damage, defect, missing item, wrong item)

Without an opening video, returns or refunds may not be eligible.

This helps us verify issues and ensures transparent resolution.

3. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used bottles, jugs, glasses, or pooja items

  • Products with signs of wear, scratches, or misuse

  • Customized/engraved items

  • Items without the required parcel opening video

  • Gift cards or freebies

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Email [Your Support Email] with your order number

  2. Attach the parcel opening video and photos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

6. Return Shipping

  • If Ghagar is at fault (damaged, wrong, defective), we cover the return shipping cost

  • For personal reasons (change of mind), return shipping may apply

7. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
Refunds may be denied if:

  • The opening video is not provided

  • The product is used or damaged after delivery

  • The item is returned without original packaging

8. Replacements

Replacements are issued after verification of the opening video and return.
Subject to stock availability.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

10. Damaged or Missing Items

Notify us within 48 hours with the parcel opening video.
This is mandatory to claim damages or missing items.
