Delays caused by courier companies, weather, festivals, or customs inspections are beyond our control.

6. Packaging & Safety

However, if you receive a damaged package, please refer to the Mandatory Opening Video section below.
7. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video (Important)
To claim damage, missing items, wrong product, or replacement, customers must provide:

A clear, uncut parcel opening video

The video must show:

Full package condition before opening

Shipping label clearly

Opening of the parcel without interruption

The issue (damage, defect, missing item, wrong product)

Without an opening video, we may not be able to provide returns, refunds, or replacements.
This process ensures fair verification for both sides.
8. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible.

Re-shipment charges may apply.

Please double-check your address before confirming the order.
9. International Shipping – Customs & Duties
For international orders:

Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees (if any) are customer’s responsibility

Ghagar is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
10. Lost or Stolen Packages

We will help coordinate with the courier, but Ghagar is not liable for packages marked as Delivered by the courier.

Claims must be raised with the courier company.
