Thank you for shopping with Ghagar. We aim to deliver your copper products safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Customized or bulk/corporate orders may require additional time.

2. Shipping Locations

We offer:

  • Domestic Shipping (India)

  • International Shipping to selected countries

Shipping availability and charges will be shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within India: 7-10 business days

  • International: 10–15 business days (may vary due to customs)

Delays caused by courier companies, weather, festivals, or customs inspections are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free shipping may be applicable during offers or specific order values.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with the tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment in real-time using the tracking link provided.

6. Packaging & Safety

We use secure, protective packaging to ensure your copper products arrive safely.
However, if you receive a damaged package, please refer to the Mandatory Opening Video section below.

7. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video (Important)

To claim damage, missing items, wrong product, or replacement, customers must provide:

  • A clear, uncut parcel opening video

  • The video must show:

    • Full package condition before opening

    • Shipping label clearly

    • Opening of the parcel without interruption

    • The issue (damage, defect, missing item, wrong product)

Without an opening video, we may not be able to provide returns, refunds, or replacements.

This process ensures fair verification for both sides.

8. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

  • If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible.

  • Re-shipment charges may apply.

  • Please double-check your address before confirming the order.

9. International Shipping – Customs & Duties

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees (if any) are customer’s responsibility

  • Ghagar is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We will help coordinate with the courier, but Ghagar is not liable for packages marked as Delivered by the courier.

  • Claims must be raised with the courier company.
